The Downtown Hotel is an 8-story, 100 room, luxury boutique hotel on the site of a former parking lot. Though the lobby will be connected to the adjacent Tribeca Grill, it will also have its own 300 seat restaurant, leading to an arcaded exterior courtyard, and a commercial kitchen below.
